Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWe requested for housekeeping to remove the trash and replace our old towels with fresh towels. It took two requests to complete this task. Guest services told us that rooms are cleaned every other day. We replied letting them know we were aware, we were not asking for housekeeping to clean our entire room. We wanted the trash removed and fresh towels. Honestly, as a paying customer, it is not a requirement to ask for a request more than once on the same subject. Otherwise, our stay was great.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

United StatesThe bed was a little soft for me & the pillows were not firm enough for me, but that is a personal preference & you can't please everyone, so I'm ok with that. There was no way to charge phones & things by the bed & I was not crazy about that.
I asked for a handicap room with 2 queen beds. They didn't have one with a shower except with a king bed available, so they emailed me and ask if a tub was ok with two queen beds. I responded that was just fine & they responded back they had me setup. We arrived early & stopped to check & let them know we were in town & may be late arriving & went ahead & paid for our room & they actually had our room ready. We were able to take our luggage up to the room & relax a little bit before going to a funeral we were there for. There were good places to eat & within walking distance. When I told them we were there for a funeral, they said to let them know if there was anything at all that we needed. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast this morning because we were meeting some family for breakfast & a visit before returning home, but it sure smelled good. After checking out the room we only had decaf coffee & I asked if they had regular & she gave me several packages in a small clear bag with handles to take back to our room. It was so nice of her very accommodating. She gave me enough to have several cups of coffee each.
