Checking in was very bad. They left me a message with code for door that didn't work. Even when I called them they weren't willing to give me the code to the main entrance. Every time I wanted to get it, I had to use the garage door remote, and then a key to the elevator. Also dishwasher didn't work. No soaps and no toilet papers.

Amazing location. Very clean. Very spacious.

It’s a bit run down. Carpet, flooring can be updated. Linens and pillows can be better.

there're towels left in the dryer when I checked in and some towels had stains on them. the dishwasher and a light bulb above the kitchen island were broken during my stay, hopefully they've fixed for next guests. the unit is right above the AC equipments of the building so you can hear the noise of machine running. It's not a big problem but if you're a light sleeper or sound sensitive, keep this in mind.

the apartment itself: it is spacious and cozy and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen that has all the applications you can think of, even a blender. you can make a three courses meal if you want. photos they provide on booking.com are quite accurate. it has everything you need to have a good stay. it also provides access to the gym. it has 24 hours security and access with a code, it's very safe. location: it has a bus stop just right around the corner, a 10 min walk to a metro station, you can easily get around the city if you don't drive. the end of the Walk of Fame is right outside the building so you can walk through it all the way to the Hollywood blvd.

There was noise from outside and with in the complex which woke us up. But overall it wouldn't stop us from staying here again.

It was fantastic to have 2 bedrooms and sleeper couch. We were a family of 5 and it suited us well. Also the full kitchen saved us money by not having to eat out. We didn't realize that the apartment had a full bathroom plus an ensuite also a great option for a family.

We were checked in to 302 first. Air conditioner was not working at all and we had to spend one night without A/C it was a bad experience. But the next day they shifted us in to a different apartment 308 and then it was a good experience afterwards.

The washing machine and air conditioner makes great noise some times.

The apartment is clean, new, fully furnished, decorated nicely. 3 big TVs in 3 rooms with netflix. Large bathroom, closet store. The location is ok, walking distance to restaurants and to the Hollywood boulevard (but not the check-in spot of that street)

Didn't have enough wash cloths for our party size of 4, and the 3 we were able to find once we searched around were in a strange location under the bathroom sink, so we bought our own. Other than that, everything else was great.

Rooms were very large and spacious, with really nice large bathrooms. Amazing location, right near everything we wanted to do in Hollywood. Only minutes away from Universal Studios. Very fair price for the location.
