Light switch didnt work. Floor was dirty. Mircowave was dirty. Front desk agent charged me twice for the booking, and had no sympathy towards that issue, rather than informing me there must been a mistake she gave me a generic response and told me she would tell her manager

There were stuff outside of certain rooms made it look like a homeless shelter, the inside of the room were run down. The kitchenette had missing doors, the bathroom door had dirt all over it. The cooler had tons of dirt and dust on top of it.

They brought in new manager the web before I was leaving. Ms. Kyra gave the property a new outlook. She immediately stop the unnecessary loitering on the property.

There was no breakfast. I had to request to have my room cleaned. There was no daily cleaning.

The room was sanitary but very old and damaged. Bathroom door had holes in it and was splitting in half on the bottom side. The enamel on the tub was flaking off and had multiple large missing patches. The bed was rock hard, only 2 pillows available that were not full size for a queen sized bed and they were old and extremely lumpy.

Have the managers and coordinators randomly pick rooms and stay the night there. might be the best way to experience why and where these scores come from. I’m thankful for your accommodations. I just think that the internet connection was shabby and the TVs and remote situation could use some attention.

Your front desk reservationists was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a room with a functional tv and a remote that worked. When I first came into the facility she had a large line of complicated people trying to get rooms and she patiently handled the line of people and was polite to all of them despite their hostile attitude they were directing towards her. Her professionalism was the best part of the whole experience there.

1- receptionist was rude and racist 2- outside of the property was very dark & has dirty walls 3- Room was left with plenty of garbages from previous renters, dirty sheets, dirty shower & curtains.

There was garbage under the stairs we had to go up to get to the room that STANK bad! I understand they were short people due to covid but there has got to be some other way to handle the shortage where the guest doesn't end up being the one that pays for it.

Well, I got in Utah and it was 37 degrees outside and they didn’t have hot water and low pressure.. plus the room smells like pot.. even it says no smoking.. I complained about it n move me to a another place. But this one the bed sheets has brown n blood stains and it was nasty.. The floors hasn’t been sweep or mop and blood on the floor.. I ask to do a full service cleaning in my room and they didn’t.. I went to complain and the front desk lady was giving me attitude cause she was arguing with another customer.. I ask her how come the room hasn’t been cleaned n she responded the house cleaner had emergency.. I understand that happens but I ask when can I get my room cleaned n the bed sheet changed n fresh towels.. She was like, I don’t know.. ok, can I at less get the bed sheets and towels n I can change the bed.. She was like we ran out.. In that point I was getting really upset. Thank god the manger show up cause she was kicking a customer out.. The manger talk to me with respect and I told her what was going on and she went to the back and got me clean sheets and towels.. The other person was rude with attitude.. i will never stay there or here anymore.. N still till today the floor wasn’t sweep or mop.. I had to do it myself.. 0stars

The staff was helpful when i finally complained at 12:15 AM about the noise and then again on night #2. The HomeTown Studio was filthy. The company has long term residents, not guests. There were several large trashcan directly outside my window, 3ft away. There was garbage all over the ground. The noise was ridiculous. The fridge did not work. There was a sticky substance on the night stand. The floor was disgusting! My bottom of my feet were black the first night there. The entrance gate did not have a sensor to let me out. I had to wait each time for whoever to click the open button. They had security guards on the property, umm... I've never seen that at the many hotels I've stayed at throufht the country and islands. I had to wait 3+minutes to be allowed to leave. Twice people on the opposite side slipped their access card so I could get through.
