Room was a bit cramped (we had a desk and a sofa we never used, but had no room to enter/exit the room easily); A minus were also the feather pillows which triggered our allergy Breakfast was disgusting; everything was bland; only butter that was served was salty; not many choices for children

No room to sit at breakfast, tables were cramped and there was a shortage of chairs. Considering everyone has breakfast included, there isn’t enough room for everyone. Rooms had everything apart from a kettle which we needed.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms had everything you needed apart from a kettle. There was a gym to use if needed which was well equipped and clean, modern and looked recently done. Paintwork was good and it was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but good. Location was excellent. Housekeeping was frequent and well stocked bathrooms.

The hotel is in a very good location close to everything. The room I received was high and I had a nice view of the Empire State Building. the staff were very friendly, and though It was laking vegetables the breakfast was very nice

We were a bit surprised about the deposit ($50,- a day) since there was no mention of it on the Booking.com website. But this was not the hotels fault, but Booking.com shortcoming.

The hotel is a bit dated design wise, but the location, complementary breakfast, spacious rooms, cleaness and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. Beds are comfortable as well as the facilities in the room. Read some reviews regarding overcrowded breakfast area, but that was not this case at all. Would defenitely come again!

Couldn't get any internet connection because didn't have correct log in info. Wasn't a biggie for me but could be annoying for others. Breakfast could be better for the room price, the breakfast area is small for the size of the hotel and I could see how it would get overcrowded at busy times of year.

Good location, comfortable bed, quiet staying 10th floor in March given how noisy Manhattan is in general. Room and bathroom were super clean, spacious and easy to move around in. Very friendly and efficient staff. Fast elevator.

We had booked the place because they mentioned they have parking available but that’s not the case. They ask you to park at a public parking. So it’s not really hotel parking. Rooms are small but you know that it’s manhattan. They have a weird room plan where they have put a closet and table in the middle of the room making it feel like even smaller.

It’s very close to empire state building and times square. A lot of food joints and cafes around.

Closet storage was small to none, just an armoire like piece of furniture on the corner, so not much room for you to hand your things and limited space for your luggage storage.

The hotel is situated just a few blocks away from the Empire State building, but still within walking distance of Times Square, Madison Square Garden and Grand Central station. The room was adequate for the price, although the bathroom door was more of a "homelike" door (sliding door with no lock and a frosted glass) so if you're traveling with friends the privacy can get...interesting. Besides this, beds were comfy but closet/store was very limited.
