Clean, quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the strip

The pool is too small for the number of units. It was so full of people with kids we were not able to use the pool all week.

Safe didn’t work in room. Batteries were changed, door was changed…never worked!! Also water pressure in shower was weak.

The fitness centre would benefit with more strength specific equipment, but it was adequate for a couple of days training. There is a few gyms nearby which I used and paid the drop in fee (LVAC is up the road and is $20 day rate, walkable distance if you have no car).

Amazing place to stay in Las Vegas, the apartment was very clean including all kitchen items, free parking with an allocated spot for your room, a more private area away from the strip but still close to amenities. Very ideal location if you want to come here but don’t want the constant atmosphere of the strip, free shuttle buses are offered throughout the day to various places including the strip with returns, we had no issue booking on the shuttle. Pool area very clean, heated pool but generally the weather through the day keeps it quite warm, we used it in the evening after the sunset to avoid the heat and it was still really warm. The hot tub also was very nice and relaxing which is just next to the pool.

The bathtub drain needed to be cleaned so it was backing up after the first person showered. Also as other people commented, if you use the sleeper sofa you may need to get extra sheet from the front office, they only give you one

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon was a home away from home. We absolutely loved the accommodations it was conveniently located to stores, restaurants and family that lives in Las Vegas and a quick drive down to the strip.

The shuttle doesn't drop off or pick up from airport

The peaceful and clean environment! We are from St. Louis visiting Las Vegas for the very first time and the name of this facility speaks for itself! It felt like home! The free shuttle to the most popular tourist sites were definitely an added bonus!

Everybody was extremely nice. Shuttle service came in handy. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

The kitchen wasn't fully clean. The counters by the stove still had food, a lot of oil, etc. splattered and pooled on them. The master bed had a REALLY noisy, rubbery mattress pad on it. Like every time we barely moved, it made this loud, rubbery, squeaking sound that disturbed our sleep. It was actually quite comical at first. But, after waking us multiple times a night, it became less funny and more taxing. The smaller, queen bed mattress had a HUGE dip in the middle, causing that taco effect. Our friends who slept in that room also had challenges sleeping because of them rolling into each other all night. The A/C unit had its challenges, too. The main living area received the concentration of cold air, while the master bedroom received nearly none. This also made for less than optimal sleeping conditions. With better mattress conditions, a bit more thorough cleaning, and improvement to the A/C unit, this place will be a total gem! After all, people mainly are in their rented rooms for sleep. If sleep conditions aren't optimal, then expectations aren't met or even exceeded.

The accommodations were spacious and had all the amenities one could need. Complete kitchen, laundry, plenty of bedding, pillows, towels, etc.

There was a leak under the bathroom sink. Also some other small T&C problems, but overall the unit was clean and well appointed. There is no elevator, so need to move luggage up a flight of stairs. One evening a huge car was parked in our assigned space. Fortunately, there were plenty of other spaces, but if very full, that would be annoying.

Nice very large apartments with a full kitchen. We were on the first floor up one level of stairs in a rather quiet location, though still could hear some car noises and planes, too. We really liked the location, but it's a ways out, so a car is probably recommended. We didn't use the pool area since it was too cold, but they have good coffee at the reception.

Pool, hot tub, front desk manned at great hours, lotsa communications upfront. When shuttle bus broke down, they paid for an Uber to complete the journey. Loved proximity to great grocery stores and affordable takeout restaurants.
